Recital planned by pianist Clef

Talented 21-year-old Julian Clef will be aiming to wow the audience at Mansfield’s Crescent Centre when he gives a piano recital there on Wednesday, January 25.

He has won numerous prizes and given recitals in many parts of Britain, including at Buckingham Palace, as well as in Germany, Holland, Canada and India.

After winning the 2011 Gold Medal, the highest honour the Royal Northern College can bestow, one of the judges arranged for Julian to be managed by one of the most prestigious artists’ agencies in London.

His programme will include of some of JS Bach’s Preludes And Fugues, John Ogdon’s Five Preludes, Beethoven’s Appassionata Sonata and Chopin’s 12 Etudes.
