The Long Eaton-based drama group The St John’s Players is staging Bettine Manktelow’s award-winning thriller Curtain Up On Murder,as its next production.

The play is a whodunnit and is being co-directed by David Brown and Natalie Defoe.

It brings together a cast of eight performers with teenager Emma Dalrymple making her debut for the group, which was formed in the 1950s.

Curtain Up On Murder is being performed in St. John’s Church Hall, Canal Street, Long Eaton.

The play can be seen from Thursday, October 16, to Saturday, October 18, with performances starting at 7-30.pm each night.

Tickets to see Curtain Up On Murder are priced £5 and £4 concessions (includes refreshments).
