Mansfield’s Create Theatre will be home to a working model railway for a children’s theatre production later this month.

Grandpa’s Railway by M6 Theatre Company is going on a national tour this spring and is stopping off at Create Theatre on Sunday 23rd March.

The performance is a journey of discovery which explores the past, illuminates the present and lays new tracks for the future.

The-action packed show, which is part of Create Theatre’s family theatre season, is being brought to Mansfield by the team behind the highly-acclaimed ‘Sunflowers and Sheds’ and ‘Mavis Sparkle’ and is suitable for children aged five years plus.

Tickets for Grandpa’s Railway, which is being shown at 1pm and 3pm, cost £7 or a family ticket for four costs £24.

They can be bought by contacting 01623 413363 or by visiting www.createtheatre.co.uk.
