Jack’s back on the road

He’s back! Jack Dee, the man dubbed ‘a little ray of sleet’ by fellow comedian Jeremy Hardy is bringing his first stand-up tour in six years to Derby’s Assembly Rooms on May 8.

He’s still the same Jack, agonizing over the slightest of annoyances and misdemeanours of everyday life.

The host of Radio 4 show I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue said he was returning to the road as he wanted to spend less time with his family.

So.... where’s he been? Appearing on shows like QI and Shooting  Stars, Never  Mind  The  Buzzcocks, and Have  I  Got  News  For  You. He recently hosted Don’t Sit In The Front Row, and he was co-writer and star in four series of BBC 2’s hit sitcom Lead Balloon.

He also written his memories, titled Thanks For Nothing, which he modestly dedicated to himself  -“Without whom none of this would have been possible”.
