Eastwood’s DH Lawrence museum set to reopen next week
A well-loved Eastwood museum is set to reopen its doors after a long winter of restrictions.
The DH Lawrence Birthplace Museum will open up to the public again on May 20 and will be open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The museum, which is the childhood home of the famous author, is free to all LLeisure members and residents of Broxtowe.
It offers an insight into the life of the author and is surrounded by the lovely landscapes that influenced his life and books.
A spokesperson said: “Visit us and find out more – whether you’ve read any Lawrence books or not. We can’t wait to see you all again.”
