Elderly or disabled Eastwood residents can get help tidying their gardens

Eastwood Town Council is offering its services in late spring and summer to help assist residents in tidying up their green spaces.

Get help with garden maintenance.

To qualify, people must be elderly and/or disabled, living within the town boundary in an owner-occupied or privately rented home, and confirm they are not able to receive assistance from relatives, friends or the borough council.

Applications for this service should be made as soon as possible.

Completed application forms can be sent to: Deputy Town Clerk, Eastwood Town Council, 120 Nottingham Road, Eastwood, NG16 3NP.

The office is currently closed but mail is collected regularly.

The closing date for applications is May 31.
