The top Broxtowe areas where average house prices increased most in the last year
The coronavirus pandemic has caused an unprecedented economic shock in the UK.
But despite that, average house prices have held up across England – even if there was a drop in sales.
In the last year, Broxtowe has seen prices rise by four per cent overall across the borough, placing it third overall in Nottinghamshire behind Bassetlaw (6.3 per cent) and Gedling (4.4 per cent).
