Appeal after Eastwood woman robbed by youth gang


Police are appealing for help after a woman was pushed to the ground and robbed after leaving the Lady Chatterly in Eastwood on Tuesday, February 24.

The woman left the pub in Nottingham Road before passing along Alexandra Street and down Bishop’s Street before she was robbed by a group of four or five young men believed to be aged between 14 and 17.

A spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Police said: “The robbery took place at around 11.35pm and the group stole cash and a mobile phone.

“The robbers were wearing dark hoodies. One was wearing a Nike hooded top.
