Nottinghamshire residents can enter their recipe for the chance of it being included in the 2016 edition of Nottinghamshire’s Love Your Leftovers cookbook.

The average family wastes up to £700 a year on food that could have been eaten but that gets thrown away, so to try to reduce that amount, Veolia (Nottinghamshire County Council’s waste contractors) are seeking to update the popular free food waste reduction cook book, ‘Love Your Leftovers’, the first edition of which was taken home by more than 20,000 residents.
