A MAN jumped from his first floor flat window in Kimberley after he was allegedly threatened with a baseball bat.
The 23-year-old broke his ankle when he jumped out the window in James Street on Good Friday.
The offender walked into his flat just after 11.30am and allegedly threatened him with a baseball bat just before he jumped.
The man was taken to hospital for injuries to his foot and ankle and a 23-year-old was arrested on suspicion of GBH and bailed until next week.
Roy Plumb who works at the hardware store in James Street said: “Three police cars and an ambulance turned up and they took him in to the chip shop.”
