A Kimberley woman has pleaded guilty to owning a ‘dangerously out of control’ Rotweiller which injured a man.

Catherine Gibby, 49, of Park Avenue, indicated a plea of guilty to owning Dayton, a large black and brown Rotweiller which injured David Hicking on Park Avenue, Kimberley, on August 16 at 12.30pm, contrary to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

She has been remanded on unconditional bail until January 12 at Nottingham Magistrates Court for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
