Travel consultants at Co-op Travel in Eastwood are hosting a fun day to collect Easter eggs for kids suffering with Cystic Fybrosis.

Staff are appealing to members of the public and local businesses to bring an Easter egg along to the fun day on March 31 so they can be donated to children on the Cystic Fybrosis ward at the Queen’s Medical Centre.

Assistant manager Rachael said: “We hope to bring some Easter cheer to children who perhaps aren’t able to celebrate it as they wish.”

“My son suffers from Cystic Fibrosis so I know myself how welcome these treats will be to the children on the ward.”
