THE Broxtowe Footsteps Festival will return later this month, encouraging local people to pull on their walking boots for jaunts in and around the borough.
The second festival, which will take place between May 28 and June 10, is a great way to get active and with 43 themed walks to suit all interests, ages and abilities.
Over the two week event, there will be a range of walks including walks for beginners, health walks, weekend walks, art walks, nature walks, longer walks more than two hours and evening walks. There will also be a series of family orientated walks, including a buggy walk and family fun trail.
There will also be story telling Walks, taking place at several locations including and Colliers Wood on June 9.
