THE funeral of a man who died out of the blue on New year’s Eve has been arranged for January 18.
Christopher Saxton’s funeral will take place at 2.45pm at Holy Trinity Church in Kimberley, and there will be a private family service afterwards at Bramcote Crematorium.
Mr Saxton’s dad, Dawson, has asked for family flowers only, but said donations to the Dogs Trust will be welcome via the Eastwood and District Funeral Service.
Mr Saxton, 35, died unexpectedly early evening on New Year’s Eve as he was taking a nap at his home in Knowle Lane, Kimberley.
His post mortem returned inconclusive results and further tests are being carried out to try and confirm his cause of death.
A coroner did however tell Mr Saxton’s parents their son had he suffered a gastric haemorrhage. Tribute comments were posted on facebook following his death.
