An Eastwood funeral director has been appointed to a national committee which represents around 3,200 funeral homes across the UK.

Joanne Hutsby, a partner of the Eastwood Funeral Partnership, has been elected onto the National Association of Funeral Director’s professional development committee.

The organisation runs an education programme for funeral directors which offers training and keeps members up to date with legal developments and any other changes that are likely to have an impact on their businesses.

The Partnership operates Eastwood and District Funeral Service and Kimberley Funeral Service.
