A HEALTHY living campaign kicked off in Kimberley this week.
Experts are descending on council offices across Broxtowe over the next few months to promote the importance of healthy living and offer nutrition advice with the initiative kicking off on Wednesday, January 26, at the Kimberley Depot.
The sessions are being run by public health nutritionists and a community nutrition assistant from Nottinghamshire Community Health.
Employees will have the opportunity to sample a delicious healthy stir fry, share lunchbox ideas, pick up some healthy recipes and learn about the levels of salt and fat in so-called convenience food.
Nottinghamshire Community Health is calling on local partner organisations to register their interest as the free campaign prepares to rollout to organisations across the borough. For more information ring 0115 883 5049.
