NOTTINGHAMSHIRE University Hospitals (NUH) has increased the number of services it provides in the community.

NUH will take over the responsibility for the delivery of a range of specialist health services – including midwifery, sexual health and sickle cell.

Jeffrey Worrall, NUH Chief Operating Officer, said: “We’re very pleased to have been chosen to provide these services. We already provide specialist, high quality midwifery and sexual health services at our hospitals.

“By joining up with health services in the community, we will be adding additional expertise and experience to our team to offer more comprehensive services.”
