Over 100 visitors enjoyed festive fun and a special visit from Santa in his winter wonderland Grotto at the DH Lawrence Heritage Centre in Eastwood.
The Christmas Fairy hosted a variety of Christmas craft activities including making cards, decorations, stockings and reindeers.
The activities formed part of a series of events taking place at the heritage centre in Mansfield Road throughout the month.
They have included reindeer hunts, traditional Victorian museum tours and bargains galore with 30 per cent off decorations.
DH Lawrence Heritage is a multi-award winning visitor attraction and brings together a museum, heritage centre, gift shop, art gallery, meeting room facility, civil wedding venue and the newly opened Colliery Bistro.
The centre is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am until 4pm. The Museum opens at 11am with timed tours throughout the day beginning at 11.15am.
