GARAGE: Mr and Mrs M. Swann have been given permission to build a detached garage, front wall and gate at 38 Moor Road.

DOG GROOMING: Alison Fielding wants to change the use of Hilltop Post Office from retail to dog grooming.

EXTENSIONS: Mr Thomas Thompson has applied to build side and rear extensions, a porch and garage at 74 Mill Road.

INDUSTRIAL: Mr Mel Straw from Caunton Investments Ltd has been given permission to build an industrial unit at Flo Gas, Engine Lane, Moorgreen Industrial Park.


REFUSED: Mr David Riley has been refused permission to retain a wooden cabin at Westby Lane, Babbington Village.

SHOP FRONT: Mr Barry Hutsby wants to build a new shop front at Kimberley Funeral Service, 35 Main Street.


ACCESS: Mr and Mrs P. Robinson have applied to make rear extension and internal alterations, and form new access into the existing cellar.
The site address is 8 Kimberley Road.
The same couple have applied for listed building consent to demolish an existing rear extension and contruct a single storey rear extension.
They also want to insert two ground floor sash windows.

EXTENSION: Mrs W. McGuiness wants to build a single-storey extension to the front and side of her property at 29 Commonside. She also wants to make alterations to create two bedrooms in the roof.
