Eastwood’s NHS group is inviting anyone in the area to the organisation’s next Governing Body Meeting on Thursday, March 26.
The public can submit questions in advance about health services in their community and hear them addressed at the 1pm public session at Durban House, Mansfield Road, Eastwood.
Nigel Hallam, chairman of the CCG said: “Our Governing Body meetings are an opportunity for the public to hear about the issues facing the NHS - how health budgets are being spent on local services such as GP services, hospitals, community health services and ambulance services.
“The NHS is at a cross roads in terms of the way services are delivered so hearing what the public think about their experiences of the NHS is vital if we are to shape those services to meet the needs of our populations into the future.”
Nottingham West Clinical Commissioning Group is made up of 12 local GP practices who work together to plan and pay for the local health services of 93,000 patients. The areas we cover include Eastwood, Kimberley, Stapleford, Beeston, Bramcote and Chilwell.
Questions about agenda items can be submitted up to 48 hours before the meeting at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 0115 88 35100.
