MP hails lower unemployment

Unemployment in Broxtowe has fallen, with 512 more people in work than last July and 1,058 people in the are a looking for work in the constituency, figures have revealed.

Statistics have also show that youth unemployment levels have also dropped, and Broxtowe MP Anna Soubry has hailed the record levels of employment in the area in her regular constituent newsletter.

She said: “The rise in employment is very good news - we have over 500 more people in work , earning a wage and building a better future.

“I am also particularly pleased that youth unemployment is dropping at a record pace.”
