Langley Mill’s Post Office recently closed its doors for the rest of October as it receives major refurbishment which will also see it’s opening hours extended.
The Station Road Post Office will open a newly modernised main branch in the town which will reopen on Thursday, October 30 at 1pm.
The new services included will include three new counter positions including one new open-plan style counter, one secure fortress position and an open-plan combination till at the retail counter.
Upon reopening The Post Office service will be available from, 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday as opposed to the former hours which saw the Post Office close at 12.30 in the afternoon on Saturdays.
