Thanks to librarian

These days it seems to me that many people are very quick to criticise poor service, but rather slow to acknowledge good service when they receive it.
Therefore may I praise the exceleent five star assistance afforded to me via the Ilkeston Libary, by Miss Felicity Swepstone.
This lady went to great lengths, and I mean great lengths, some years ago and again just recently to research the family business who so I understand were one of the biggest employers at the time in Ilkeston.
A few weeks ago after watching the Piers Morgan interview with William Roache MBE (Ken Barlow of Coronation Street) who it transpired came from Ilkeston, I wrote to him to ask if he or his family could recall teh family business.
William Roache very courtesously replied in his own hand by return of post.
Many thanks
