A massive charity Zumbathon being held in aid of the Ryan Lee Trust is set to take place tonight at Giltbrook Retail Park.
Broxtowe Mayor Cllr Margaret Handley, will join over 500 participants at the event, with many in fancy dress.
The Ryan Lee Trust was set up in December 2010 in memory of Ryan Lee, who died of cancer aged just 15 in May 2010.
The charity helps provide support, equipment and assistance for children and teenagers diagnosed with a terminal illness and works alongside other organisations to ensure they receive the best care in the last few months of their lives.
The charity is one of two Cllr Handley has chosen to support during her civic year.
The event runs from 8pm till late. Entry is £5 with all proceeds going to the good cause.
There will also be a variety of acts and entertainment all performing on the Greene King Stage. And visitors will have the chance to win some amazing luxury prizes by taking part in the premium £10 raffle.
