The Spanish goalkeeper has told new boss Jose Mourinho that he wants to remain at Manchester United, report the Sun.

De Gea could be joined next season by defender John Stones, with United set to go up against Manchester City for the 22-year-old, so says the Daily Star.

Chelea are looking to sign French international goalkeeper Steve Mandanda.

The Guardian reports that if they do bring Mandanda in from Marseille, current back-up Asmir Begovic would be likely to depart Stamford Bridge.

Another goalkeeper said to be lined up as a transfer target is Newcastle’s Tim Krul.

The Daily Express reports that Ronald Koeman wants to bring the 28-year-old to Everton.

He’s also looking at Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Axel Witsel.
