Saturday saw Kimberley Swimming Club members competing at Mansfield in the Sports Centre League.
First places went to Mollie Wright in the 15 and under 100m individual medley, the open age group 100m freestyle and the 15 and under 100m freestyle.
Matthew Shipley was successful in the 11 and under 50m freestyle and joseph Kingsland in the 50m breaststroke.
First places also went to the nine and under mixed freestyle and medley relay team of Ted Goonan-Dunn, Imogen Spouge, Jimi Knowles and Lauren Shipley and the 11-13 years medley relay team of Matthew Shipley, Joseph Kingsland, Tyler Meads and Callum Williamson.
In addition, the 20 x 25m mixed cannon relay team won the final event of the evening.
Personal bests on the night went to Callum Williamson, Jade Calder, Mollie Wright, Aiden Williamson, Nathan Venn, Gemma Calder, Ben Barsby (2), Joseph Kingsland (2), Jessie Henderson (2), Greg Brown (2) and Katie Horner (2).
On the night, against tough opposition, Kimberley came third in the competition.
Result: Sutton - 205, Portland - 195, Kimberley - 177, Sherwood B - 173, Mansfield B - 112 and Hucknall & Linby Dolphins – 79.
Meanwhile, Kimberley swimmers Lauren Shipley, Ted Goonan-Dunne and Jimmi Knowles have been selected to start with the Nova Centurion Nottingham Development Squad, while Joseph Kingsland and Bradley Francis are moving up from the Nova Development Squad onto B2 Squad and Charly Neilson from the B2 squad onto the Nova B1 squad.
This weekend will also see Ben Barsby representing Kimberley Swimming Club at the British Gas ASA Youth Championships, combining the East and West Midlands area, at Corby in Northamptonshire.
