SQUEEZE frontman Glenn Tilbrook makes his latest return to the area when he brings his acoustic tour to Nottingham’s Rescue Rooms on Thursday, December 8.
Glenn Tilbrook is one of the UK’s best-loved musicians, thanks to a career with Squeeze and on his own that has spanned 30 years, spawning top ten hits all around the world such as Cool For Cats, Tempted and Up The Junction.
With his two solo albums, The Incomplete Glenn Tilbrook and Transatlantic Ping-Pong, he proved he’s lost none of the joie-de-vivre that became Squeeze’s trademark.
The Acoustic Tour 2011 will be simply Glenn on his own, the second half will see him joined by Simon Hanson (who drums with both Squeeze and The Fluffers) and also Chris McNally, featuring percussion, acoustic guitars, Ukeleles, Indian harmonium, bass and iPads in a completely new show.
Tickets to see the show are £17.50. Call the box office on 0871 230 1101.
