This winter, part of the Crich Tramway Village site is being opened up and there is a whole range of activities to keep visitors entertained.
The venue is opening every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.30am–4.30 from now until December 13 and admission is absolutely free.
The Learning Centre will host a range of adult activities every Wednesday such as Willow Weaving, Jewellery Making, Recycling Clothes sessions and lots of Christmas Themed Crafts in December. Groups and individuals are welcome.
Every Thursday morning, Tramway Tots offers lots of fun and messy sessions for tots and their parents.
Rita’s Tearoom will be open for tea/coffee and cake and also has special themed winter menu, or pop into Scothern and Williamson to pick up some old fashion sweets and gift ideas.
For further details or to book a course, please call 01773 854321 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. www.tramway.co.uk
Throughout the winter season parts of the site will remain closed and no trams will be in service.
Due to the location of Crich, we recommend that in cases of extreme weather in the area that you check the website or telephone to confirm we are able to open before making your journey.
