Most recent data from Public Health England has shown that the number of new coronavirus cases in Mansfield has remained static in the last two weeks.
The town documented three new positive cases in the seven days up until July 26, this level of infection continued to stay constant in the week ending August 2, as only three more cases were recorded.
Mansfied has 2.7 new coronavirus cases per 100,000 people, according to information published by Public Health England on the government’s coronavirus online dashboard.
The figures are based on tests carried out in laboratories and in the wider community as part of the national testing programme.
In Blackburn with Darwen, 120 new cases have been recorded as the rate has fallen from 91.5 cases per 100,000 people in the seven days to July 26 – to 80.2 in the week ending August 2.
