LETTER: Disgusted at Mansfield District Council's alleged treatment of dog
Upon arrival at the rescue centre, it needed an operation for a wound on its neck.
The Facebook page has been bombarded with comments regarding the treatment of this poor dog while in its care. The council has put a post on saying the dog was looked at by a vet and deemed not to be in pain or discomfort.

If a dog was found with a member of the public in this state, the RSPCA would be prosecuting them.
What will happen to the council?
