LETTER: We should all have our say on NHS
In my view the hospital trusts are failing the NHS constitution by not providing high-quality health care as stated in the constitution.
If they cannot, they should be removed.
To alter the constitution, the doctors, nurses, patients and general public have to be involved.
The hierarchy of the NHS, which have been selected, have involved a small section of the general public in making decisions.

Why the NHS constitution hasn’t been invoked is a mystery to me.
