There will be a range of entertainment, activities for children, music, crafts, food and drink, gardening stalls and demonstrations.
Sarah Nelson, manager at Mansfield BID, said: “Gardening is enjoyed by many people, and there are often waiting times to become an allotment holder.
“We’ve arranged a number of town centre activities over the summer that have helped to bring more people into Mansfield and this is one for those who like the great outdoors.”

He said: “Every day of the week you can see people tending to their allotments and gardens and they are rightly proud of their hard work.
“Gardening isn’t always easy though and advice comes in many forms, from books, the internet and from people who have been looking after their plots for many years.
“This festival is something we’re proud of and I hope that Mansfield once again supports another great event taking place in the town centre.”
