King Edward Primary and Nursery School in Mansfield has released a video to show pupils who are currently on lockdown that they are very much missed and still in their thoughts.
Teachers and staff performed a brilliantly funny dance routine to “We’re All in This Together” from High School Musical.

The video quickly amassed more than 5,000 views after going online Sunday afternoon, and was a big hit with parents and children.
The school is currently open for a small number of keyworker children and the staff are trying to keep up morale at what is undeniably a difficult time for their pupils.
Joanne Evans said on behalf of the school: “We think this is very apt at this time and the hope was that it would brighten up their day.
“We are missing the children lots.”

These have ranged from wanting to see family and friends, to being able to go to the shops.
The video can be seen on their facebook page, along with other activities they have been doing to keep the children’s spirits up.
