Mansfield housing development 'now 95 per cent sold'

House-builder David Wilson Homes says the property market is continuing to “boom in Mansfield” and its Berry Hill development is now more than 95 per cent sold.

It said it has sold five properties on the Lindhurst Lane development in the past month, with NHS workers particularly keen due to its proximity to King’s Mill Hospital, Sutton, and DWH’s 5 per cent deposit contribution scheme to NHS staff.

Rachael Harrison, DWH East Midlands sales director, said: “Our Berry Hill development has proved to be a property hotspot since the beginning and now we’re more than 95 per cent sold, it’s the last chance for homebuyers to make a move to this flourishing community.

DWH said it has just six properties remaining at Berry Hill; all four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £304,995.
