Jack Townsend is the director of the newly opened EstateTrader in Mansfield.

It’s an area he knows well, and he has 17 years’ experience in the industry behind him. He said: “We are so aware of the current climate and the challenges for landlords at the moment.”

Their pledge is to be “more than just a voice on the end of the phone” and because the business is a sole lettings agent – they’re not selling properties – they can put all their attention into the rental market and looking after properties for their clients and tenants.

Property management

Josh said EstateTrader took a more pro-active role. He explained more: “If something needs sorting out they will simply order a contractor and send the landlord the bill. We will visit the property ourselves and can quickly sort out any minor issues or arrange for our in-house maintenance team to do the work.”

They already have over 100 properties under their management – from small flats to larger family homes – and have specialist knowledge of letting homes for multi-occupancy.
