He admitted stealing items to the value of £39.99 from Smyths Toys Superstore, Mansfield, for which he was given a four-week concurrent jail sentence. He admitted stealing items to the value of £38.98 from B&M Bargains, Mansfield, for which he was given a four-week concurrent prison sentence. He admitted possessing cannabis for which no penalty was imposed. He was given an eight-week consecutive prison sentence for breaching a community order and three four-week concurrent jail sentences for breaching community orders.
Craig Andrew Scarborough, 31, of Sutton Middle Lane, Kirkby in Ashfield.
He admitted stealing garden furniture which belonged to a woman. He was given a community order with 240 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £300 CPS costs.
