Mansfield Museum hosts festival of food, fitness and fun
It’s the second annual health and wellbeing festival organised by Mansfield District Council and it is aimed at the whole family.
To take place from next Monday (April 9) to Saturday, April 14 at Mansfield Museum, the event hopes to help people make the right choices when it comes to healthy lifestyles.

“This festival is a great opportunity to highlight local activities and to encourage more people in the community to become active.”
The event includes the chance to join a health walk around town, complete with a picnic at Carr Bank Park, and to learn all about sugar from an interactive ‘Sugar Scientists’ presentation.
You can even try the latest fitness craze, Hotpod Yoga, in an inflatable ‘cocoon’ for up to 20 people, heated to 37C and designed to transport participants to an ‘otherworldly’ setting!
