One taken to hospital after Notts smash
One person has been taken to hospital after a crash involving a lorry and a car.
The incident happened at around 11am yesterday on the northbound carriageway of the A1 near Elkesley.
Fire crews from Worksop and Retford attended the incident where they were joined by a special rescue unit officer from Newark.
One casualty was removed from the vehicle before being taken to hospital by land ambulance.
