Drink Driving

Luke Holmes, 22, of Devonshire Drive, Langwith, admitted having 69 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Fiat Punto. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from the road for 17 months, fined £260 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Kieran Stephen Bonser, 19, of Marlborough Road, Kirkby, admitted being in charge of a Ford Focus while being unfit through drink, taking the car without the owner’s consent, driving without insurance or a licence and possession of cannabis. He was banned from driving for two years, given a community order with six-month alcohol treatment requirement and made to pay £485 in costs;

Elaine Singleton, 49, of Hunters Chase, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted failing to provide a breath test when requested by an officer after driving a Vauxhall Corsa. She was banned from the road for 12 months, fined £415 and made to pay £126 in costs;

Estelle Webster, 23, of Carsic Road, Sutton, admitted having 72 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Renault Clio. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She also admitted failing to stop at an accident was banned fro 20 months, fined £120 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Motoring

Kimberley Onions, 26, of Warsop Lane, Rainworth, admitted driving a Vauxhall at 53mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £230, given six penalty points and made to pay £108 in costs;

Angela Dalziel, 41, of Somersall Street, Mansfield, admitted driving without a licence and was fined £40, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Jamie Sisson, 21, of Barnes Crescent, Sutton, admitted driving without a licence or insurance and was fined £280, given six penalty points and made to pay £113 in costs;

David Richard Stoker, 29, of Breck Bank, New Ollerton, admitted driving a Fiat without insurance and was fined £300, given six penalty points and made to pay £115 in costs.

Theft

Adam Steven Pidduck, 37, of Wordsworth Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted entering a building in Mansfield and stealing a mountain bike and power tools worth more than £1,000, stealing a laptop and sunglasses from a person and possession of cannabis. He was jailed for 52 weeks in total and made to pay £115 in costs;

Kate Draycott, 30, of Carsic Road, Sutton, admitted stealing Lynx deodorant worth £14 from Poundland in Sutton and was given an unconditional discharge and made to pay £20 costs;

Craig Albert Fensom, 59, of Swinton Copse, Boughton, admitted receiving stolen goods, namely a television and was fined £200 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Dale Shaw, 35, of Lime Street, Kirkby, admitted stealing three joints of beef from Aldi in Kirkby and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and made to pay £115 in costs;

Adam Billyeald, 35, of Hall Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing DVDs worth £143 from BHM in Mansfield and was jailed for 10 weeks suspended for 10 months and made to pay £115 in costs;

William Hill, 24, of Manvers View, Boughton, admitted stealing chocolate and biscuits worth £5.90 from Tesco in Ollerton and possession of amphetamine and possession of Mcat. He was fined £80 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Lee Ronald Walters, 35, of Pine Close, Kirkby, admitted stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels whisky and a bottle of Coke from Co-op in Annesley, a £1,200 outdoor over from Gamston Farm Shop, Pot Noodles worth £2 from Morrisons in Kirkby, three counts of driving a Ford Fiesta without a licence and two counts of driving without insurance. He was handed a 16-week jail term suspended for 18 months, banned from driving for 18 months and made to pay £1,200 compensation.

Criminal Damage

Steven Peter Crawford, 31, of Hall Street, Mansfield admitted damaging a wall belonging to the Multiplex Cinema in Mansfield and was jailed for four weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £20 compensation;

Daryl Paul Parnell, 26, of Andover Road, Mansfield, admitted damaging a car and assaulting a female and was given a community order, made to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs;

Stefan Sobolewski, 28, of Eakring Road, Mansfield, admitted damaging a planter and fence at the Reindeer Inn in Mansfield and was fined £245, made to pay £50 compensation and £85 in costs.

Scott David Allsop, 38, of Elston Close, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a male and two counts of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. He was jailed for five months, suspended for 12 months and made to pay £100 compensation to a victim;

Ricky Austin Kay, 21, of Jephson Road, Sutton, admitted using violence to gain access to a property and possessing an offensive weapon, namely a hammer. He was jailed for 26 weeks, suspended for 18 months, given an 18-month restraining order, made to pay £800 compensation and £200 in costs;

Shaun Hill, 25, of Longstone Way, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and was fined £120, made to pay £100 compensation, and given a two-year restraining order;

Amie Louise Hibbert, 29, of Main Street, Huthwaite, admitted assaulting another female and was fined £80 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Lindsey Parker, 36, of Elderfield Drive, Sutton, admitted assaulting a police officer and was fined £80 and made to pay £135 in costs;

Thomas Neil Vaughan, 53, of Mansfield Road, Blidworth, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order, made to pay £200 compensation and £85 in costs;

Nathan Bird, 25, of Alexandra Street, Kirkby, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order, made to pay £200 compensation, £170 in costs and given a five-year restraining order;

Joshua Ian Wood, 24, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a female and was jailed for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £200 costs.

Daniel Robert Moss, 22, c/o Ashfield Drive, Kirkby, admitted producing cannabis and was given a two-year conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs;

Diane Marie Tyson, 36, c/o Wheatfield Crescent, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted possessing heroin and possessing amphetamine and was fined £120 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Breach

Tyson Robert Clark, 24, of Jepson Buildings, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement after being convicted of thefts. He was given a 24-week jail sentence suspended for 12 months;

David John Deakin, 55, of Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, admitted breaching a restraining order by visiting an address he was prohibited from and was jailed for seven days and made to pay £115 in costs.
