Video: Three car smash in Mansfield: slideshow of photographs taken at the scene
Firefighters had to cut the roof from a car to rescue a woman who was trapped following a three car smash at Mansfield.
One person had been released and was being treated by an ambulance crew before firefighters arrived at the scene around midday on Chesterfield Road South this afternoon.
One woman, the driver of a VW Golf was trapped and had to be cut free by crews using hydraulic equipment.

Hide AdShe suffered a broken arm and whiplash and was taken to hospital.
Two other people who had been in a Vauxhall car involved in the crash were also taken to hospital.
A third vehicle was released at the scene.
One carriageway of the road at Rosemary Street was blocked off as the rescue took place.
